Transfer our country club membership and enjoy a par 72, Gordon Lewis designed, championship course. Five different tee's make it playable for all skill levels. The course winds around 10 lakes and a nature reserve.
The New clubhouse addition will be finished in the fall. The fitness center, golf shop and community room are all new.
Our unit was built in 1998 so its in almost new condition. The 3 tv's, 2 vcr's, dvd player and stereo were all new in 2001.
The condo and Lania have a westerly view and has sunsets to die for. You look accross 4 fairways and a lake (not other condo's).
There are 7 swimming pools, hot tub and tennis courts.
The appliances are all upgraded and have a full size washer and dryer. It is a "Great Room" format and looks out over the 8th green. It is a second floor unit and has an elevator.
We have a seperate storage room in the hall way with extra golf clubs, bike, beach cooler, beach chairs, boogy board ect....
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk in closet. All linnens are included.
Our entrance is gated and located on Rt. 41 very close to the beach. You can walk to upscale shopping and restaurents.
