All master bedrooms have a king bed and the second bedroom either has a queen or 2 twin beds. A few units also come with a sleeper sofa in the lounge.

All units have 2 bathrooms, the master with a tub/shower and the second having a full stand up shower.

The kitchens are fully equipped with a refridgerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer.
Living Rooms:
The living rooms come with a sofa and loveseat and all have TV's with DVD players

The nearest airport would be Tampa International Airport which is about 30 minutes from the Resort. There are several places to rent a car at the airport.
Booking notes
At time of booking we get your contact information as well as a $250 security deposit which you can put on your Visa, Mastercard or Discover card. The balance is then due upon arrival.
If you ned to cancel there is a $25 charge if you cancel outside of 30 days from your date of arrival and the full $250 charged if you cancel within 30 days from your date of arrival.

We are flexible on changeover days unless they are in season from February 1st to April 30th. During these dates weA

Thee are several golf courses within 30 minutes of the Resort.
Fishing
QWe do have a private fishing dock on the property and there are guides that can be hired out to take you fishing.
Beach
The beach is beautiful and just accross the street.
