The peridia golf course is located adjacent. Beautiful beaches, designer shopping, championship golf courses are minutes away,whilst eating out is a joy with numerous restaurants and bars within easy reach
Beaches: The property is located close to the wonderful beaches of the gulf coast and is ideally situated for those wishing to explore this wonderful part of the world with the beaches of Clearwater, Anna Maria Island, Sarasota and longboat key within a short distance. Sit on the historic pier at Anna Maria Island and watch the world go by, or watch the dolphins swimming in the shallow waters, take a short drive up to St. Petersburgh and enjoy the old world feel at Johns pass. Serious fishermen can indulge on the piers at Sunshine Skyway whilst the ladies can indulge in the Ellenton Shopping Mall on the way home.

Guest Book: We had a fabulous holiday here. The villa and its location are excellent. Everything we needed was within an easy drive. It was great to return to a quiet relaxing villa after a couple of days at Disney. The children enjoyed the pool and wildlife in the lake and beaches were easy to get to. Sad to leave definately coming back. (S & T Leyshon 18th. Dec. 03). Good Golf, played ' Imperial Lakewood' ' The Preserve at Tara' and the links at 'Greenfield Plantation', a weeks not enough at this beatuful villa but we have had a great time ( D & C Higgins 2nd. Nov 03 )
