Summer - $5370 week, $895 daily- 5 night minimum
Fall and Spring $3600 Week, $600 daily - 2 1/2 night minimum

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:
All linens are provided. There are 2 full laundry rooms with washers and dryers for your convenience. The cleaning service will come in after you check out, but will come mid-week at an additional cost.

The nearest airport is FT Walton Beach, FL (VPS) but only 45 miles west is the Pensacola airport or 50 miles east is new Panama City Airport.
From the port in Mobile, AL , Destin is 2 hours drive, or 4 hours from New Orleans, LA.
A rental car is helpful, but not required as the house is conveniently located walking distance to shopping, restaurants and only 1 block to the beach.

Securty/Damage Deposit of $500 - $1500 USD is given at the time of booking and is refunded after check out with no damages.
75 day cancellation with 100% refund (less $50 fee)

Rent and 11% Florida taxes are collected 3 weeks from check in.
You receive a key to the house and lock box code which enable you to go straight to the house, with no rental office visits.

Summer weekly rentals preferred Saturday to Saturday. Will rent minimum 5 days. Full 6 bedroom, 3 level house rentals only during the summer.
Fall, Winter, and Spring - the house can be rented for long weekends at a 2 and 1/2 day rate enabling check in anytime Friday morning and leave anytime Sunday evening. The house can be rented by the room, based on the number of guests and rate lowered. No other guests would be in the unoccupied balance of the house.
Beach
The beach here in Destin is consistently rated as one of the top beaches anywhere. It offers the whitest, powdery sand ever seen! It is child-friendly with normally calm waters, but the occasional wave can add lots of fun for everyone.
Beach chair rentals available, but the house has some you can use, as well, plus a rolling cooler to take for the 2 minute walk to the beach access.

There are 10 top golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
Fishing
Located 5 miles from the Destin Harbor, known as the "Luckiest Fishing Village" where you can go deep sea fishing, back bay fishing, rent boats, personal watercraft, parasail, windsurf, or ski.

Get your scuba certification while in Destin!
The owner of the house is an advanced open water diver since 1994 and can give you all the information you need to plan your dive trips while here.
Boat and Beach dives, night dives, several excellent dive shops to chose from.
Snorkeling also is popular here. Instruction available.
