Notes on price:
LOW SEASON - $99.00 per night
MID SEASON - $111.00 per night
HIGH SEASON - $129.00 per night
(Minimum of 4 nights, if less nights are required an additonal charge will be made for cleaning the property after the renters vacate).
All rates and fees posted are plus 13% tax.
A $200 reservation deposit is required to reserve the property.
Full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made.
There is $250 damage deposit due prior to check in - an additional deposit is required for renters bringing pets to the property.
Pool heating is available at a $20 per day charge plus 13% tax. There is a 4 day minimum required.
Check In Time is 4:00 p.m. Check Out Time is 10:00 a.m.
Cancellations. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to check in date, the guest will forfeit the full cost of their reservation. (Travel Insurance is strongly recommended) Cancellation
