Our villa (approximately 2000 sq ft) comprises of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is set in well maintained gardens with an automatic irrigation system.
A spacious downstairs open plan great room with vaulted cathederal
ceilings comprises of a lounge which has three sofas,one of which will convert into a sofa bed, coffee table, side tables and table lamps.
A 51 inch widscreencable TV, VCR, DVD player and stereo Hi-fi unit together with a number of DVD's, videos and CD's.
It also has a family entertainment area complete with a full size pool table.
The formal dining area features a large glass topped dining table with seating for 6 people and over table chandelier.
There is also a seperate guest toilet and garage access.
The downstairs master bedroom comes with a queen sized bed, with memory foam mattress topper, en suite bathroom and shower,hairdryer, walk in closet including a safe, dresser, ceiling fan, radio alarm, 28 in cable TV, DVD player and patio doors leading to the pool deck.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms which share their own family bathroom, shower and toilet.
One of the twin rooms is equipped with its own TV and Play Station 2 games console. The other twin room is a 'dolphin themed' room.
All linen and towels are provided. Please provide your own for the parks and beaches.
The fully fitted kitchen is complete with a large fridge/freezer with ice and cold water dispenser, microwave oven, stove, toaster, electric can opener, coffee maker and dishwasher. You also will find
all cooking and eating utensils.
There is also a breakfast nook complete with table, four chairs and compimentary use of a high chair. There are also patio doors which lead out to the pool deck. Hi speed wireless internet is available (guest bring your own wireless enabled laptop.
For your added convenience, we have included complimentary local and international telephone calls.
The fully enclosed extended pool deck comprises a 26ft totally south facing swimming pool complete with new pool furniture comprising 4 cushioned chaise loungers, 4 cushioned dinette chairs and octagonal
table.
There is a covered lanai which leads from the pool deck into the villa.
All pool access doors comply with local regulations and are equipped with alarms to prevent children from entering the pool area unsupervised.
The integral double garage houses the washing m/c, dryer, iron and ironing board together with the A/C unit and water heater.
The villa is fully air conditioned.
There is ample off road parking, on the drive or in the double garage.
Amenities and Attractions
Our villa overlooks the 4th Tee of the nine hole executive Polo Park East golf course. It is five minutes away from the 400 acre Lake
Davenport which has its own fishing boardwalk and boat ramp and is surrounded by a conservation area which is an ideal place to see the local wildlife.
At the entrance to Esprit there is a bank, petrol station, Subway fast food outlet, bakery, hairdressers and gift shops.
Close by are the large Publix and Winn-Dixie supermarkets are both under three minutes away and a new nearby Wal Mart 24 hr superstore has just opened.
There is also a small public library nearby which allows guests 30 minutes per person free internet access per day.
There are also numerous take-away foodestablishments close by, many of which will deliver to the villa.
For the convenience of guests with young families, we also provide complimentaryuse of a crib/cot.
Esprit has a large communal swimming pool with cabana and sun deck.
It has its own tennis and basket ball courts and is ideally located for lakeside walks and picnics.
The community is in an ideal location being at the Western end of the US 192 offering quick and easy access to Disney and all the other Orlando attractions.
Its central location means that it is almost equi-distant from the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches on the West and Daytona and Cocoa Beach on the East along with the Kennedy Space centre attraction.
