If you enjoy golf, the Greg Norman designed, Champions Gate Golf course is also only 1.5 miles drive away.
The junction onto the I4 Highway is within 2 miles drive of this exceptional Florida villa and affords easy access to all the major attractions.
If you want a lazy day take a leisurely stroll to nearby Lake Madison. The children can work off their excess energy on the Volley ball and tennis courts and if you fancy an outdoor family meal there are barbeques for you to use.
You are never too old to visit Disney World which is only 10 miles drive from our beautiful Florida villa. Universal studios, Sea World and many other fantastic adventures await you when you spend your vacation in Florida.

Windwood Dream Villa Located in beautiful Windwood Bay has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Everything to complete your vacation is provided in this villa. A games room to keep children entertained. Bedroom has King sized 4 poster bed and ensuite bathroom, Bedroom 2 with king bed and ensuite bathroom, Bedroom 3 with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 4 & 5 both with 2 twin beds and shared bathroom.
Bathrooms:
Ensuite bathroom to bedroom 1 has a bath, walkin shower, toilet and double vanity unit. Ensuite to bedroom 2 has bath , overhead shower, and vanity unit. Ensuite to bedroom 3 has bath, overhead shower, toilet and vanity unit . The bathroom for the twin bedrooms has bath, overhead shower, toilet and double vanity unit.
Living Rooms:
After a magical day at Disney you can return home to relax in any of this luxury villas 3 family seating areas. A lot of thought has gone into each room to give them a quality all of their own.
The spacious family room will appeal to everyone, with its large screen 50 ins Plasma HDTV, VCR and DVD. Enjoy a family evening watching the latest films on this state of the art equipment. There is seating for 9 people on 3 comfortable 3 seater sofas. One of these sofas converts into a double bed.
The 2nd lounge, next to the formal dining room, provides a restful retreat for the adults. Here we provide a stereo system. Settle down to listen to your favourite CDs, away from the bustle of family life.
The upstairs loft area has been equipped with children and the young at heart in mind. Here you will find a comfortable corner sofa, computer, playstation2 and games. There is also a 52ins TV which takes gaming on the playstation2 to another level.
The formal dining area is at the front of the villa and has a dining table and six chairs. There is a sunny breakfast nook next to the kitchen and this also has seating for six. Three barstools are also provided at the breakfast bar. If you like to dine al fresco the large lanai in our pool area has a large table with a further six chairs .
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:
All linens and towels are included we even provide seperate pool towels.
Utility room:
Our utility room has a large washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
There is no need to take home a case of dirty washing when leaving this fabulous villa
Other:
The games room has a pool table, foosball table and air hockey table. Their is a bar table and stools for those who prefer to watch rather than take part. A ceiling fan and free standing fan are provided to keep you cool.

The deposit to secure your booking is £150/$200 per week.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of £200/$350 is charged and will be refunded when the management company has checked the property and confirmed there has been no damage or excessive cleaning costs.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by cheque or if you prefer we can take payment by credit/debit card. There is a 3.5% handling charge on credit card payment
Changeover day
We accept booking from any day of the week.

The renown Greg Norman designed Chapionsgate Golf course is just 1.5 miles from Windwood Bay.
Accessibility
Walk in wet room, grab bars in rest room and bathroom / shower. Grab bar near front entrance. Mobile ramps for front and rear entrances for wheel chairs. 1 x master ensuite downstairs.
Outside
Soak up the Florida sunshine in the private, south facing, 30ft X 15ft pool and spa. The pool area backs onto open space not other villas and fencing down either side of the pool area ensure that you are not overlooked by adjacent villas.
There is a safety fence provide to stop children straying into the pool area. This is easily dismantled if you do not have young children.
The decking area has been extended to allow plenty of space for sunbathing on the deep cushioned pool furniture. This oasis in the sun is the perfect place to relax.
