Facing south, the cottage and property enjoy bright sunshine and sunsets.
Nautic Bay is just a 15-minute drive to the center of Bar Harbor where youll find great seafood, restaurants, movie theatre and shopping and an 11-minute drive to the entrance to Acadia National Park.
