The first floor is comprised of three bedrooms, full bath and laundry. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with outside deck. There are two other bedrooms each with twin beds. Full bedding and towels are provided.

The second floor is a bright open area with living/dining space and a wonderful, fully equipped kitchen and full bath. Windows surround the upstairs area offering light and views on three sides.

The house is situated on a naturally landscaped three acre parcel, yet you're within a short walking distance to the magnificent Nantucket beaches. The large second floor deck wraps around two sides of the house offering splendid views and the sunsets are breathtaking.
