Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date.

Kitchen:	The fully equipped kitchen features a full size refrigerator/freezer/ice-maker, electric range/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, built-in microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster, and blender.
Living Rooms:	Enjoy magnificent mountain views from the living/dining area with vaulted ceilings and expansive window exposures. Curl up by the open hearth wood burning fireplace (firewood provided).
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:	All Mt. Baker Lodging private vacation properties are self-catered. Bed and bath linens are provided according to the designated maximum occupancy limit of the property. A washer/dryer is provided for our Guest's convenience during their stay.

Changeover days are flexible: Our offices are open from 9:00am to 5:00pm (PST), 7-days per week, except major U.S. holidays.
