Pant-Teg is set high above the Teifi Valley, on the lower slopes of the Cambrian Mountains, between Tregaron (5miles - an old market town and Red Kite centre) and Lampeter (6 miles - a university town). This area of mid Wales will enchant you with its gentle mountains and unspoilt coastline, encircling pastureland threaded with rivers famous for sewin and salmon.

Notes on accommodation: Traditional Welsh breakfasts and evening meals are served in the dining room which over looks the garden and where you will see numerous varieties of birds at the feeders. All our meals are prepared from locally sourced and often organic produce, our own fresh eggs and homemade bread.

Fishing: There are numerous stocked pools for coarse and fly fishing in the area. Several angling associations authorise fishing on the River Teifi. Permits may be purchased at the Post Office.

The Coast: Ceredigion's 52 mile coastline with safe, sandy beaches, spectacular walks, aquariums, marine life, dolphins and seals, stretches from Cardigan to Aberystwyth - 23 miles away, a university town and thriving arts centre.
