The 6 bedrooms consist of 2 doubles with King-sized beds, 2 twins, 1 single and 1 room with 3 singles. If the house is required by 6 couples, the single room can easily be converted to a twin (advanced notice would be appreciated). |

| Bathrooms: |
One of the twin bedrooms has an adjacent bathroom, with shower, and is situated on the ground floor, so is ideal for people who have difficulty with stairs.
There are 2 further bathrooms upstairs, one with a shower and one with a bath. Both have WCs. |
| Kitchen: |
It has a large beamed farmhouse kitchen, which is big enough to seat everybody. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker with double oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. The freezer, washing machine and tumble drier are housed in a separate utility room. |
| Living Rooms: |
There are 2 sitting rooms, both comfortably furnished with leather suites. One is equipped with television, DVD, Freeview and video, whilst the other has a hi-fi system, complete with CD and tape player. |
