Problems registering or logging on
Browser settings and cookies
 
If you have experienced any problems registering with us or logging on for the first time, you may have 'cookies' disabled in your browser.
You will have to set your browser (internet explorer or netscape) in order to allow 'cookies'. If not you will be unable to log on and submit an advertisement. Refer to your browser's help menu to see how to do this.
Note: We find that most of our users will already have the correct settings and need take no further action.
If you do experience problems logging on, then please check that your 'cookies' are enabled.
Direct Holiday Bookings uses only session 'cookies'. These are not permanently on your computer - they will be deleted automatically when you close your browser. Session cookies are necessary for you to log on to our site and are completely harmless.

Problems with Registration
 
If you have tried to register with us, but think that this may have failed, then please check your e-mail for a message confirming that registration with Direct Holiday Bookings has been successful. If you have not received your confirmation e-mail, then please notify us.
