The amount of € 8.50 per person (gas / water / electricity) per stay consist in the cleaning costs (max. 5 people). At the booking following discounts are possible: - Early booking discount of 20% for bookings made at least 6 months prior. - Early booking discount of 10% for bookings made 3 to 6 months prior. The discount applies for each period. And this can be combined with discounts for young families or for persons over 55 years: - 20% discount, if at least 1 child is under 12 years or a person is over 55 years. The discount applies both in low-and high season. It is possible only by reservations minimum 4 weeks before arrival.
