If you book for one week, arrival and departure are on Saturdays. In case of online reservation you receive an invoice per-email immediately. We request a 50 %down payment. The other 50% is due one month in advance. On receipt of your down payment we send you a confirmation and an itinerary. If there has been no damage to the interior or buildings, you receive the entire deposit in return. The landlord will book the amount into your account. If there is any damage, we ask you to report this. The deposit will be used to cover the cost of repairs. Small pets are allowed. Smoking is permitted but rather not in the bedrooms. You can park your car next to the bungalow. Bring your own linen, duvet covers, towels and kitchen towels. You have the disposal of garbage bags, detergent, wax lights, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and kitchen herbs. You are expected to maintain the supply. Pick up the key of your bungalow in the park at nr. 2. You are to pay a € 100 deposit on the spot. At departure you will receive the amount in return after deduction of the energy cost. (€ 0, 20 per KW), on the condition that everything is left in good order. Arrival from 16.00h, departure before midday 12.00h.
