Notes on price:
Rates are per apartment per night, in EUR, and include use of pools, tourist fee, tourist insurance, secure parking.
Refundable deposit required in case of any damage: 50 EUR.
Light cleaning twice a week, linen & towels change once a week.
Payment conditions: 20 % of the total amount of the stay is paid within 5 working days after confirmation. Balance payment is made no later than the date of accommodation. In case of bank transfer, the final payment should be made no later than 5 working days prior to accommodating.

Up to 21 days before arrival date – free of charge
Less than 21 days before arrival date – the amount of the reservation deposit is charged.
For the period 20.05.-12.07.09 and 21.08.-30.09.09:
Up to 7 days before arrival date – free of charge.
Less than 7 days before arrival date – the amount of the reservation deposit is charged.
