The terrace overlooks the bustling, pretty harbour. Here you can sit and watch the local fisherman bring in the daily catch. From the bedroom the door leads to the rocks from where you can swim in the sea.
The position of the apartment is excellent. It is 600 metres to the first of the golden beaches in Puerto del Carmen and there are some of the islands best local restaurants within the harbour. It is a short walk into the centre of the resort.Work is being carried out in the harbor to extend the existing structure. The work is expected to be completed by May 2009.

Located in Puerto del Carmen. This superb apartment is perched on the edge of the colourful old harbour of Puerto del Carmen with steps down to the sea which offers superb swimming. It has spectacular views over the sea to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. This property is unique and is highly recommended.

The apartment is on two floors. The lovely, bright, well decorated living room has a dining area and doors to a terrace. On the lower level there is a large bedroom with twin beds and patio doors to the rocks. There is a shower room with a separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday.
