The villa has a fitted kitchen with cooking facilities, large fridge and microwave. The kitchen opens out onto the living room where you also have a dining table. Here you have the option of sleeping an extra person as the sofa opens out into a bed. There are terraces at the front from which you can enjoy relaxing evenings. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
There is a washing machine, which is housed under the stairs. All important for keeping a constant supply of beach towels! The marble stairs lead up to the first floor and to the front of the property you have a balcony from which you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee. On the first floor are two bedrooms (one double bed and 2 singles) There is also a toilet and a fully tiled shower room.

With also pine, cypress and maquis covered hills reaching an altitude of about 1,000 metres makes the Karpas region almost a perfect natural reserve site of the whole island.

Booking notes
1)The owner requests that if at all possible tenants are non-smokers and that in any event tenants and their guests refrain from smoking inside the property.
2)A deposit 25% will be required on booking.
3)The balance is required no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental. This is to include a breakages deposit of £200.
4)The damage deposit which will be taken from the tenants in case of breakages will be refunded when it is satisfied that the condition of the property at the time of departure and the end of the stay is without damage or loss of items.
5)Only the guests named/indicated on the Confirmation Invoice are to occupy the property. In no circumstances will any additional person be permitted to stay.
6)The owners or someone appointed by them reserve the right to visit the property at any time to undertake essential maintenance work, cleaning, gardening and routine inspections.
7)The owners cannot accept any responsibility for the breakdown of public services including water, electricity or any other lack of facility which is beyond their control.
8)The owners cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or damage howsoever caused.
