Downstairs there is a comfortably furnished sitting room/kitchen with large fridge-freezer electric oven/gas hob and full range of utensils and a ceiling fan. A twin bed room with air-conditioning and a separate shower room are also situated on the ground floor.
Olive Tree Mews is situated in a quiet elevated position with stunning views of the sea, the mountains and Bellapais Abbey. It is half a mile from Ozanköy village and three miles from Kyrenia, which has one of the prettiest harbours in the Mediterranean. The beaches are only a short drive away. Villa Montana is in an exclusive complex comprising of twelve two-bedroom semi-detached villas, built in a traditional style but with every modern convenience, including air-conditioning. The property is on the right hand side of the pair shown in the picture at the top of the page. A car (see car rentals) is required to fully appreciate the beautiful mountian, rural and coastal scenery this area has to offer.
Upstairs is a large twin-bed room with en-suite shower room, air-conditioning and a standing floor fan. There are lovely views of the sea and mountains. All linen and villa towels are provided. Solar heated water plus immersion heater.
There are three balconies allowing you to catch the sun all day. There are tables, chairs and sun loungers.
There is a large 12m x 6m pool with a safe paddling pool area.
Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged.
The bars and restaurants in the village of Ozanköy are excellent value for money.
