Bathrooms: Shower room with large shower.
Kitchen: Open plan kitchen to living area with cooker, fridge and microwave.
Living Rooms: Sofa turns into additional bed, dining table and chairs, TV and video.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service: Bedding, towels and electric heating is included in rent.
Utility room: Separate storage is available for bicycles with facilities to wash equipment/boots.
Sleeping capacity: 1 bedroom. Sleeps up to 4.

Notes on accommodation:
Children must be supervised at all times.

Pets are welcome, an additional charge of £20 per week applies. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and not left unattended. Exercise areas are available on footpaths next to the property. Stabling is available for guest's horses at additional cost.
