Chatel is a traditional alpine village retaining the alpine wooden chalets. Suitable for both a winter and summer holiday the village has a number of excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Situated at the head of the Abondance valley, it borders Switzerland and is just south of the beautiful Lake Geneva, western Europes largest lake with its sophisticated towns and beaches. Skiing offers 650k of pistes and over 200 lifts. In summer the alpine meadows are beautiful, ideal for walking holidays and the flora and fauna are spectacular.

As well as 2 large bedrooms the apartment has a large lounge and dining area with an adjacent fully fitted kitchen. A modern bath/shower room and separate WC. Below it is a large garage and ski store. The apartment has TV/DVD/VHS/HiFi and a large range of DVD's, Videos and music plus books and games. It has a travel cot, high chair and baby buggy.
It is south facing with a 9m long child friendly and fully equipped balcony.

Living Rooms: Lounge has double doors to balcony, modern easy chairs, TV incorporating DVD player and VHS player plus about 70 hours of DVD's and Videos. Music HiFi with wide range of music plus games & books. Double sofa converts into double bed. Large wardrobe. Modern lighting.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service: Whilst all major bedding is supplied clients will be requested to supply own sheets and towels. An outside sheet/towel supply service is available and can be arranged but is expensive.

Chalet/apartment cleaners are like gold dust and the apartment is a 'client clean' apartment with end of occupancy property management inspection.
