The villa is located in Moussata on the southern part of the island 12 km from the capital, Argostoli. The distance from the airport is 12 km, from Skala 25km and 66km from Fiskardo village situated on the north part of the island.

Nearest sites: 7.5km away from the Villa is the Mycenaean tombs of Mazarakata dating back to 1700 BC, St George’s castle (7km) dating back to the Byzantine times the old fort has got a lot to offer for its history and the stunning view of Leivathos valley as it is built on one of the highest hills of municipality of Leivathous. 36km away the 20,000 years old lake/cave of Melissani, also named as the ‘blue lake’ due to its breathtaking beautiful color when sun is situated directly above the lake, is the unique phenomenon in the world where water travels underground uphill (!!) from the eastern part of the island and pours in Melissani cave and Karavomilos lake.
The museum of natural history can be found in Davgata village (26km) and the archeological museum of Argostoli is 14km way situated in the heart of the capital of the island.

Restaurants and Shopping places: The nearest restaurant is Diana Tavern 0.7km from the villa and has a unique and stunning view of Trapezaki beach, the Ionian Sea and Zakynthos Island. There is a traditional bakery where freshly baked bread and sweets can be found just 100m from the villa and a mini market 700m away. The nearest big super market is Veropoulos (Similar to Tesco, Sainsbury etc) 8.5km away.
Health Centre, shops and supermarkets may be found in Argostoli and Lassi.
