Monte da Balaia is approximately 30 km from Faro Airport, about a 30 minute drive.

Description:
A new two bedroom, two bathroom apartment near Olhos de Agua. Air conditined, shared pool and tennis court. Within walking distance of Olhos de Agua and Marie Luisa beaches. A wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops are only 5 minutes walk. Balaia Golf Village is adjacent to the apartment development and can be reached on foot or a very short drive.
Bedroom 1 with double bed, air conditioning and patio doors to the balcony.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, air conditioning and patio doors.

Bathroom 1, with wc, basin, bath/shower and bidet is adjacent to bedroom 1.

Fully fitted kitchen, including oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Patio doors to the balcony.

Leather Sofa and chairs, dining table, TV, DVD, CD Player, games console and patio doors to the balcony.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:
All towels and linen are supplied, changed weekly. Cleaning a the end of the occupation period. Additional cleaning can be arranged at a small cost.

No utility room but iron and ironing board are supplied. Washing machine in kitchen area.

Hallway with storage. Fully furnished balcony with dining table, chairs and sun loungers.

Travel
Travel to Monte da Balaia is easy, only 30 km from Faro Airport (30 minutes). Alternatively, Lisbon Airport is approximately 3 hours by car via the A2 toll road.
The nearest station is Ferrairas, on the Algarve Line. With links to Faro and Lisbon.
A hire car is useful, but not essential for a stay at Monte da Balaia.

Booking notes
Bookings are held for 7 days, when a 25% deposit is required.
Full payments are required 8 weeks before your arrival date. A £200 returnable deposit is also required at this time.
Changeover day
There are no fixed change over days. The apartment needs to be vacated at 10:00 on the day of departure. The apartment is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Golf
Balaia Golf, Salgados and Vilamoura courses are within easy reach.
Balaia being directly adjacent to Monte da Balaia, with driving range, 9 or 18 holes.
Scuba Diving
Detail of charters are available in the apartment.
Accessibility
Property is accessible for wheelchair users, with ramps to main doors and lifts to all floors. Access to the pool area is via the main door and gardens.
Outside
Outside there is a large balcony fitted with dining furniture and parasol. There are sun loungers and clothes drying facilities.
There are extensive gardens, a large shared pool and splash pool and sunbeds are available. Additionally there is a shared tennis court.
