This holiday accommodation consists of 2 detached cottage of 40m2 each, situated in the village of Arnóia in the Celorico de Basto council, just 8km. from the city center. The two cottages are on a farm set back on the southern slope of a green hill. One of the cottages has all rooms on the same level, the other has a bedroom upstairs. All rooms catch plenty of sunlight. Every cottage has its own little porch with 2 comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the landscape. Outside facilities include a large lawn with swimming pool (depth 1,2m. - 2,8m.), an area with BBQ, washing machine and amenities with an outside shower. You can also use the remarkable tennis/football/basketball field. The entire property is build on several terraces with nice panoramic views over the hills and the Arnóia Castle. In the main house where the owners live, you can use the billiard and football table.

The surrounding forest, mountains and beautiful scenery invite you to relaxing nature strolls. Recommended sites to visit are the Castle of Arnóia (700m.) which offers great sights over the hills, the Monastry of Saint Bento (4km.) in Arnóia and the historic center of Celorico (8km.). Fluvial beaches can be found in Vila (9km.), Rego (7km.) and Fermil (16km.). In the village of Rego you can find a museum where a restored water mill shows the former way of living and use of water in the area.
