Just 5 minutes from Pedra is a supermarket/cafe where you can get everything you will need for a self catering holiday, the owner is English speaking and very helpful. 10 minutes drive are two market towns, Cabacos, market on Mondays, has cafes, shops and a bank. & Alvaiazer, market on a Wednesday, with all facilities including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
There is a horse riding school within 15 mins drive for those wanting excersize or lessons.

A non refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking.
Balance of payment is due 1 month prior to booked date, delay or failure to pay may result on cancellation.
Changeover day
Change over is flexible.
Clients to arrive no sooner than 4 pm and must vacate by 10 am

Beach
Within a short drive there are river beaches with excelent views, walks and picninc areas. Little more than an hours drive there are many wonderful beaches known collectively as the Silver Coast, from the picturesque village of Sao Pedro de Moel to the never ending golden beach at Figuera da Foz and a little further on the pretty fishing village of Nazere. Peniche with it's harbour and fabulous fish restaurants, & Aveiro, known as little Venice due to it's gondola type boats and brightly coloured houses are well worth visits while visiting Central Portugal
Ski
Approx 2 hrs drive at the Serra da Estrella mountian range, weather permitting.
Accessibility
Casinha Pedra is not suitable for disabled or those with walking difficulties due to access via stairs.
Outside
Section of garden surrounded by open countryside is set aside for clients with table, chairs & parasol and a portable BBQ.
