All our rooms are generously sized,centrally heated and air-conditioned, each with a view from it's balcony over the Ceira Valley or the forest.The furniture is contemporary and individually styled. The beds are queen or king size with fine cotton sheets.
Bathrooms:
All rooms are en-suite (with bidet), most with both a bath and a shower. Fully tiled and well appointed, they are clean and comfortable.Bathrobes are provided in all rooms.
Kitchen:
Guests have the use of a seperate large kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, gas hob, dish washer,bread oven,two microwaves, kettle, juicer, etc, plus table and chairs for up to 10 people. Immediately outside is a BBQ and additional seating area.
Living Rooms:
The living room/games room includes a large LCD TV (most UK channels via satellite) with DVD/video, stock of films, American pool table and table football,CD player as well as the usual games and supply of books.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:
All towels and linen is provided, rooms are normally cleaned and sheets replaced every 3 days.
Utility room:
A washing machine and drier are to be found in the guests kitchen.Ironing board and iron likewise.
Other:
The dining room overlooks the valley.

Our village has a small bank, ATM, several cafe bars, and 7 or 8 shops (including a pharmacy).It is typically rural and Portuguese with no concessions to tourists!

Changeover day
We are flexible to suit our guests.
Departure is normally before noon.
Fishing
The Ceira River is within a 4 minute stroll, where a variety of freshwater fish may be found (particularly trout). The waters are exceptionally clean and regularly tested.
Wine Tasting
We grow our own grapes for wine making at Zororo, and have a large and well fitted out adega.We also have a still to produce the local 'firewater', aguudente. Around the area there are a number of professional vintners.
Accessibility
Unfortunately we do not have any specific aids for those with physical disabilities at present. Stairs up to the bedrooms or down to the games room and kitchen are wide and shallow.
Outside
We have 10,000 sq metres of gardens and vineyard outside. There is a seperate seating/outdoor eating area next to the BBQ, and loungers around the private pool, which is 11 x 6 metres. Tennis equipment is provided, as are two mountain bikes for guests use.
