The kitchen area is fully equipped with modern day appliances and also opens out into the dinning area. There is a lounge area which contains comfortable and cozy lounge furniture and also opens out to the outdoor area for outside dinning. There are three spacious bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 singles. There is a separate toilet and shower and also laundry facilities are available. There is also a spacious front yard to test your scooter driving skills.
Across the road from Aroa Mana is one of the best beaches on Rarotonga with white sandy beaches, crystal clear lagoons with a marine reserve that ensures plenty of colorful fish.
Within 5 minutes walk from Aroa Mana are 2 bars and 3 restaurants and Budget Rental Company located at the resort. Kaena restaurant and a local dairy shop for everyday needs are also close by, and the local bus stop is at the entrance to the property.

| Extremely tidy and full of the mod cons that a family has grown so attached to - A home away from home. Beautiful beach across the road with the local hotels in close proximity when we wanted to have the night out watching the local talent. Very well looked after by the owners. |
