NOTE! Availability not securde. you will hear within 2 days if the booking can be confirmed. If booking for one week, arrival and departure are on Saturdays. If possible alternative arriving hours can be arranged after consultation. In case of online reservation you receive an invoice per-email immediately. We request a 50 % down payment. The other 50% must be paid one month in advance. On receipt of your down payment we send you a confirmation and an itinerary. If there is no damage to the interior or buildings, you receive the entire deposit in return. The landlord will book the amount into your account. If there is any damage, please report this. The deposit is used to cover the cost of repairs. Smoking is not permitted in the house, no pets are allowed and groups of youngsters are not admitted. Arrival from 15.00h. Departure before 10.00 a.m. Alternative hours after consultation. The rental price includes the use of the swimming-pool, linen and towels. Tenants are requested to keep the house clean during their stay and to launder linen and towels if necessary. The tenant is expected to behave according to local values and customs, taking into account that the house is part of an urban area where local people live and work permanently. The tenant will be given a set of keys to the house. In case of loss of the keys all locks will be changed on account of the tenant. The following costs have to be paid on the spot: COMPULSORY * End cleaning € 72,50 * Deposit € 200,-* Linen and towels ( optionally) € 6 a piece* OPTIONAL: * Rent of a cot and/or baby-chair: € 1 per object per day. * Transfer service to and/or from Alicante airport: € 12 per single fare.* Car rental (price according to period).
