The area known as The Strip, a pedestrianised street leading down to the beach, with many restaurants, Chinese, Spanish, German to name but a few, is 500 metres away. There are also banks, supermarkets, hairdressers, internet cafe with games room and taxi hire within the same area.There is also a weekly market on Tuesday evenings. There is a childrens playground within approximately 150 metres.It is only a few kilometres drive to several nearby resorts ie. Villamartin, Playa Flamenca, Pilar de la Horadada, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Torrevieja etc. The famous Mar Menor, with all the facilities that La Manga has to offer, is only a 20 minute drive away. The well known golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are within a 10 minute drive.
It has a double bedroom with additional pull out mattress if required. There is plenty of storage and double sliding doors leading onto the balcony with fabulous sea views. You can even sea the sea if you sit up in bed!!

Easily reached from Alicante airport,(45 mins) or Murcia airport,(15 mins), with the lively town of Torrevieja just a 15 minute drive away.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £50 per week or part week to secure a booking is required, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure, unless a booking is made less than 6 weeks before this date, in which case full payment is required at the time of booking. An additional refundable deposit of £100 is charged to cover for any loss, damage, breakages or additional cleaning which may be required. There is a charge of 50 euros, payable on arrival, for cleaning and laundry after your departure.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. We request that you arrive no earlier than 3pm on arrival day and leave by 11am on departure day although this can be flexilble if the apartment is not ccupied on changeover day.
Beach
Coast/Beach
The beach of Mil Palmeras is just 50 metres away, but there are many others nearby to explore, at Punta Prima, Cabo Roig, Campoarmor and Torre de la Horadada, all within walking distance, with beaches at La Manga and all around the Mar Menor just a short drive away. Of course, The lively beaches of Torrevieja are only a few kilometres away too.
Golf
Golf
There are several excellent golf courses within a few minutes drive, the most well known being Villamartin, with the challenging Las Ramblas, and Campoamor, with its superb restaurant and clubhouse closeby. There are two further courses at La Manga and many others in the area.
Accessibility
The apartment is served by a lift and there are ramps adjacent to the exterior steps to the apartment block.
Outside
South facing balcony, with patio furniture and sun blinds, accessed from both the lounge and bedroom, overlooking beautiful, well kept gardens and the beach. There is a superb communal swimming pool, open in high season. The rooftop solarium, with its fantastic views, is ideal for quiet sunbathing or hanging out the washing.
