NOTE! Availability not guaranteed. You will hear within 2 days if the booking can be confirmed. IF booking for one week, arrival and departures are one Saturdays. Alternative arrival times can be arranged by consultation. If you book online, you will receive an invoice immediately via e-mail. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Groups of youth cannot rent the apartment. Bed clothes consist of a ‘Laken’ package of laundry and a bath package consists of three towels. You can launder the bath and bed linen yourself, but there is also the possibility to exchange the packages. The fees are the same - 7, - per person per package. Check-in: between 15.00 and 19.00. Check-out: until 10.00 pm. You can arrange other times by appointment. The rental price includes use of the swimming pool. It is expected that the tenant will keep the house clean during his stay and, if necessary, launder bed linens, towels, etc. It is also expected that the tenant will behave in a decent manner taking into account that the property is located in a district where there are permanent residents. The tenant will receive a key to the apartment. In case of loss all locks will be replaced at the expense of the tenant. OPTIONAL: * Hire a cot and /or stool: 2, - € a piece per day. * Shuttle service to and from the airport of Alicante: from 15, - € a trip with 4-persons. For each extra person, 5, - € added.
