The villa is occupied by the owners and is not let. The apartment is situated on the ground floor next to the swimming pool. It is situated in a very peaceful area with the beautiful town and sandy beaches of Moraira only a 5 minute drive away. Moraira has a large variety of bars, restaurants and shops. As does the coastal town of Javea that is only a 15 minute drive away. There is easy car parking within the grounds of the villa.

Entry to the apartment from road level is through a security gate, along the driveway to the front door. This leads into the comfortably furnished living dining room with the family bedroom to the left. The fully equipped American style kitchen is to the right of the living dining room. The shower room is to the left of the kitchen.

There is a small terrace outside the front door with the swimming pool only a few metres away. There are lovely panoramic views of the surrounding area from the grounds.
