The town of Segorbe has many attractions including the city walls and an aqueduct dating from the 13th century. The city walls have some towers, like the 'Torre de la cárcel'(prison tower), which you can access via spiral stairs. The Valencia region is known for its gastronomy, especially the paella. In addition to the paella there is also 'al horno arroz' (rice from the oven) an important dish for the Valencianer, as well as 'turrón' (a kind of nougat). From Segorbe various activities such as rock climbing, descents into ravines, Quad driving and riding are regularly organized. There are also many hiking and cycling routes which run along beautiful places. The city of Valencia is only 55 km from Segorbe. Valencia is a very diverse city with several Gothic buildings, but also very modern building such as the 'Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias'- a cultural center which houses a science museum, an aquarium, IMAX theatre, exhibitions, sports facilities and parks. You can also go to the beaches of the Costa del Azahar (orange blossom coast) located about 20 km from Segorbe.

This apartment is located in an old part of town and was formerly a textile factory. The entire building was completely restored in 2005 and houses the 'Museo de Aceite' (oil museum) and six apartments. This apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and is suitable for 8 persons. Segorbe is an old Spanish city with many monuments such as a cathedral dating from the 13th century. The city is a part of the Valencia region. North of the city of Valencia you will find the Sierra de Espadán, with its multitude of almond trees. These almonds are the basic component of the famous oil from the area.
