Utility room:	Utility room contains pool equipment, floating airbeds, dinghy, balls etc. Automatic washing machine

Notes on accommodation:
Air-conditioning to both the lounge and bedroom. The apartment is less suitable for young children as the front door and patio doors open directly onto the pool area and the pool is not fenced off. Therefore young children would need to be strictly supervised.

Travel
Malaga Airport 45 Mins, Granada Airport 1 Hour 15 mins.
Car hire strongly recommended to view the area. Own car from Santander or Bilbao.The drive to Costa del Sol can be achieved in a day, but a mid way overnight break recommended.

Distances
Lake Vinuela is 5 mins drive. The local village of Puente Don Manuel with a bar and small shops is a few mins drive or 10 mins walk. a large Supermarket is at the El Ingenio shopping and liesure centre 15 mins drive away. Other local Villages are Vinuela, with Chemist ,bank with cash dispenser and bars & Restaurants, 5 mins drive 30 mins walk. Alcaucin, a pretty white hilltop village 10 mins drive.
15 mins walking distance away at Puente Cross are several bars and restaurants and shops.

Booking notes
10% deposit required at least 1 week in advance and the balance in Euros cash on arrival. A refundable damage deposit of 100Euros is also required on arrival.

Changeover day
Flexible.

Beach
The nearest beach is at Torre Del Mar 20 mins drive. Westerly, in order of distance, are Algarrobo, Torrox Costa, Nerja, Nerja Burriana. In the Easterly direction Rincon De la Victoria, Malaga. Torremelinos, Fuengarola, Benalmadina.

Golf
There are several Golf course within driving distance and the nearest (Baviera Golf ) is 20 mins drive away.

Fishing
Fishing is available in nearby Lake Vinuela 5 mins drive and from the sea 20 mins drive.

Scuba Diving
Scuba Diving is available from Burriana Beach Nerja (40 mins drive).

Ski
Skiing is available in the Sierra Nevada Mountains near Granada in the season. Approx 1Hr 45 Mins away and you can easily get there, ski and return in a day.

Wine Tasting
Not known.

Accessibility
There is a concrete road and a drive right up to the apartment, however the drive extends to small stone (chino) and is less suitable for wheelchairs for a short distance. There is just one step up to the apartment.

Outside
Pool area with loungers and swinging chair. Retactable awning gives shade when required. Pool is 7.25 x 3.25 mtrs and 2 Mtrs deep at deep end with steps. The pool is shared with the owners however we tend not to use the pool when we have guests. Pool area and apartment have stunning views ot mountains and the Alcaucin Valley.
