Pasa Tiempo is an elegant villa, built in 2004, on the side of a mountain, which has a National Park on the top of it. The veiws from the villa balcony across the Guadalhorce Valley are breathtakingly spectacular. The towns and villages of Alora, Pizarra, Casarabonela, Cartama Pueblo, to name but a few, are clearly visible by day & night.

There are three twin bedded rooms. One bedroom has ensuite shower room with “his and her” sinks wc & separate shower area.
All bedrooms are fully furnished with wardrobes and dressing table, bed side tables and side lamps.
Bathrooms:
There is a large, high specification, fully tiled, family bathroom with shower/bath, bidet, wc and “his and her” sinks.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave oven, large 5 ring gas cooker and extractor hood. A large fridge/freezer is also provided, as are all the usual equipment required to cook for six people.
Living Rooms:
The entrance hall, with chandelier leads through to the lounge, American style kitchen and dinning area.
A balcony with table and chairs is accessed from the lounge via large patio doors where one can relax and view the countryside or have a Bar-b-que.The lounge area has comfortable sofas and occasional tables. TV and sky are provided as is a DVD player and CD sound system. Internet is available for you to use with your own computer, at a small weekly cost.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:
Bed linen & towels are provided and changed weekly. Pool towels are NOT provided

The utility room, complete with washing machine and gas hot water boiler, leads off from the hall way.

Pasa Tiempo is only 25 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, which is serviced by many of the low cost budget airlines, like Easyjet, FlyBe, Ryanair, from the UK, plus others from all over the world. A car is recommended, but there is bus services proposed for the Summer 2007. There is a train service from Cartama, which is 20 minutes from the villa. We can also arrange an Airport to villa transfer service at a very reasonable rate and a local taxi service for those special night out, or excursion
Distances
Villa Pasa Tiempo so close to the towns of Alhaurin el Grande and Coin. 5 mins from a shopping centre with a supermarket, restaurants and leisure facilities. Many golf courses nearby.
But if that's not your forte' then you can just head inland to places such as Rhonda or the Lakes of El Choro. The list is endless. Suffice to say that Pasa Tiempo is in the heart of it all, its your choice. You can really be sure that what ever you want it is there or just around the corner at Pasa Tiempo you really can 'Pass Time'
Further details
La Trocha, a shopping centre with bowling alley, 7 screen cinema, and designer shops, supermarket, restaurants and famous 'Siboney' terrace bar, is only 5 minutes away. Marbella and Puerto Banus are just 20 miles, with their wonderful shopping opportunities and vibrant nightlife. Both Alhaurin and Coin have numerous bars serving 'Tapas', whilst the copious restaurants cater for all tastes. But, if its the coast you want, then the resorts of Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola are again only 20 miles away.
Local makets are held in most of the villages each week. There are also the 'Flea' markets of Fuengirola, Estepona and Marbella held weekly, which have more than 1000 stalls.
Local banks provide the facility of cash machine (in English) so no problem with money exchange, but avoid notes greater than 50 Euros, as some traders will not accept them. For the active holiday maker, all the activities you could ever want are again, within in easy reach. Horse riding, either daily or an organised trek through the orange groves. Hot air ballooning, flying, hand gliding, paragliding are all popular. Quad biking has become very popular, as has shooting and fishing, all catered for on the Costa or in the mountains.

Scuba Diving
Scuba diving is a coastal pursuit at many of the numerous marinas along the Costa Del Sol. Which is only 30 mins away from Villa Pasa Tiempo
Beach
If its the coast you want, then the resorts of Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola are again only 20 miles away. These have amazing beaches & all the water sports you could wish for. The beaches along the Costa del Sol, from Malaga to Estepona, are within 30 - 40 minutes by road, which means that 9 out of the 10 top beaches, (as stated by the AA) are within your reach.
he coastal regions are the 'hot spot' of clubbing in Europe and second to none. But if that's not your forte' then you can just go in the opposite direction and head inland to places such a Rhonda or the Lakes of El Choro.
Ski
A days trip to the Sierra Nevada (a 2 hour drive, AA quoted 70 kms from the coast) can provide you with the pleasure of having a day skiing, season - December - April. Whilst others can enjoy the beach.
Accessibility
Not recommended for poeple with walking dificulties as the Villa is on a mountain & does have steps leading down to the apartment & the pool area
Outside
Pasa Tiempo is there in the heart of it all. A real paradise in the heart of the real Spain.
The Villa of Pasa Tempo, with its wonderful view, is built on split levels with residence accommodation on the upper floor. The guest accommodation is on the lower level floor and is fully self-contained with its own private 'Andalucian' courtyard with its own table & chairs and leads the the entrance to the Villa apartment.
Stairs lead outside to the main terrace area (100 square metres) which has its own 8M x 4M swimming pool. This is fully maintained and only used by the villa guests. Stairsfrom the pool terrace lead to a garden terrace levels, at present being landscaped with olive, and citrus trees
