I stayed at this lovely apartment in September 08 with my girlfriend Becky, her parents and a further 2 friends. Our transfer from Dalaman had been organised by the owner and the driver was there to greet us when we cleared customs. As soon as we walked into the apartment we went Whow!!!. It is truly beautiful and big. We all had our own bedroom and because it had three bathrooms there was never a queue when getting ready for a night out. I must say were went to Ovacik a bit apprehensive thinking we would be out in the sticks and there would be nothing to do WRONG. We enjoyed our days poolside but at night ventured our to the Turkish restaurant in Ovacik having made friends with the owners son. They carried on walking down into Hisaronu for a bit of clubbing often returning in the early hours. Would we go back - We are in July 09 GREAT!!

The family bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower is located downstairs. The master bedroom has exclusive en suite shower room with wash basin and w/c
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen enables the holidaymaker to fully self cater.
There is a large fridge/freezer, dual fuel hob, oven, toaster, sandwich toaster and kettle. Dinner setting and utensils for 6 people. There is a washing machine, Clothes airer, Ironing Board and Iron should you wish to keep up to date with the laundry
Living Rooms: The living room comfortable seat 6 people on two large settees. Furnished to a very high standard to include, a lamp table, coffee table TV/DVD combination with satellite link an assorted of English DVD'S and an IPod dock to play your selection of music. Board games and a selection books are also on offer for use by our guests
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service: All towels and linen are provided and changed once a week by our our local management team.
Mid Week clean and laundry change are offered at an additional extra.
Guests are requested to bring towel for their poolside use
Other: Entrance from the living room brings you onto to wrap round covered balcony which over looks the swimming pool an has panoramic views on every aspect. Here you can dine al-fresco
Sleeping capacity: Sleeps 6 comfortably in three bedrooms a bed settee converts to sleep guest 7 & 8

The apartment is large by anyones standards being set over 110 M2 is ideal for families and extended families. Groups accepted on requested

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £120 is payable at the time of booking. Balance of the fee is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival along with a security fee of £120 which is completely refundable following inspection after departure. Keys for the apartment are available locally or direct from the owner should you choose to arrange your own transfer. Preferred change day is Friday - flexible for arrivals/departures in the early hours

Olu Deniz also has extensive beaches some private but the owners are happy to collect you Free of Charge in return for using there services Bars etc.. Every conceivable water sport is available at the waters edge. There are organised boat tripa along the coast and to nearby Calis

Ski
Water Skiing at Olu Deniz,
Mountain Skiing during the winter months approximately 1 hour 30 minutes away

Accessibility
The area surrounding the apartment is relatively flat considering the mountainous region. Suitable for ambulant disabled and semi mobile as the ground floor accommodation offers a self contained possibility although there are a few steps to access the property

Outside
There are a total of 12 apartments on this small complex all having use of the swimming pool, children's pool and extensive sun terraces. Our guests have exclusive use of the sun loungers with mattresses, parasol and tables which come with the property for use poolside or in the garden. The covered balcony has seating for 6 people around a large table and is the ideal place to escape the mid day sun or unwind after an actioned packed day
