Our house is within 3 miles east of Disney's main gate, 20 miles from Orlando International Airport and 46 miles from Orlando Sanford International Airport. Our house is located within two minutes walk of the resort leisure facilities, within five minutes walk of the restaurants, bars, shops, rides and entertainment of Old Town Kissimmee and ten minutes walk from a wide variety of restaurants and Publix supermarket on Hwy 192. This makes our house the ideal choice for visitors to the major attractions of the Orlando area. The close proximity of Old Town means that you can walk to the popular car cruise nights and avoid the regular parking problems.

Description:
Regal Oaks at Old Town is a townhouse resort located in landscaped grounds on the edge of a forrested conservation area. The resort is not gated at this time.
Our house is fully air conditioned offering 1,507 sq ft of air conditioned area, the largest area of the three inner terrace 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans available. The house is fully furnished throughout and all main rooms have ceiling fans.

The house is conveniently located for all the theme parks and for the restaurants and supermarket on Hwy 192. It was also nice to be able to walk to Old Town. The house is well equipped and comfortable and the pool complex fabulous. The children loved the slide, lazy river and mum loved the hot tub! It was also nice to chill out there between the frantic pace of visiting theme parks. We had a truly memorable family holiday and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area

I stayed at this home in October '08. It is in a great location, within easy walking distance of Old Town Kissimmee and within a short drive of all the 192 has to offer and also all the theme parks, especially Disney. The house itself is very clean and comfortable and is in a quiet, well maintained estate. The management office is just around the corner from the house and the staff there are friendly and helpful, as are the owners, the whole booking process was very easy. The pool wasn't finished when we stayed but looks as though it is going to be lovely when it is, and not too far from the house too. I will stay here again on my next visit to Orlando.

The first floor has two master bedrooms, both ensuite. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor. All bedrooms have large walk in wardrobes and ample draw storage. The king bed room has a small balcony. The queen bed room has a safe. Two further guests can be accommodated on the queen size sofa bed in the living area. All bed linen is provided.

Bathrooms 1 and 2 are ensuite to the master bedrooms on the first floor. Both first floor bathrooms have large roman baths with showers over. Initial supplies of toilet paper and toiletries are provided for your arrival. Replacements are the responsibility of the guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to self cater throughout your stay and includes hob / oven, large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and utensils.
The supply of dishwasher detergent is the responsibility of the guest.
Living Rooms:
The ground floor has an open plan living area / dining area (providing seating for 6) and kitchen.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:

Pool complex and leisure facilities: The pool complex which offers zero entry, a hot tub, lazy river, waterslide and extensive sunbathing terraces opened late December 2008. Phase 1 of the clubhouse which will possibly provide a tiki bar for refreshments and snacks was completed January 2009. The remainder of the clubhouse will be completed 2010 and the facilities - indoor and outdoor dining, sports bar, fitness centre, spa and games room - will be introduced in stages as completed. However, with the close proximity of the restaurants and bars of Old Town and Hwy 192, together with an even wider choice within a 2 mile drive or taxi ride, the lack of these facilities will not affect your stay.
Gated community: Regal Oaks at Old Town is currently not a gated community.
