Rental periods of seven days or more will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
Reduced rates for bookings of 3 weeks or more.
ELECTRIC POOL HEAT : Optional on request £90/$165 per week.
DEPOSIT : A non refundable deposit of £150/$270 per.week booked is required to secure a booking.
Bookings of 6 days or less will incur a cleaning fee of £55/$95.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : Your credit card will be pre-authorised for £300/$600.

If you are planning a celebration meal or just want that family meal the formal dining room with table and seating for 6 is the place to be.
For that informal breakfast or quick snack before you head for the parks our breakfast room overlooking the pool with table and seating for 4 is ideal.

No one like to do the laundry on vacation but if needs must we have a full laundry room in the house with washer and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
