TLC Florida Villa is ideally located for holidaymakers who want to take full advantage of the central Florida area. Convenient for all attractions, just 15 mins from Disney, 30 mins from Sea World, Universal, 40 mins from the airport and an hour away from both coasts. This fully air-conditioned, alarmed villa is sumptuously furnished throughout. There is a 50" HD TV in the living room, PC with internet access (WiFi also available) and PS2 console. All bedrooms have TVs (2 also have DVD) and masses of closet space. All local telephone calls are free and a safe is provided to store valuables. The games room has a full-size pool table and table foosball. The private pool also has a hot tub/spa. The deck area is huge, allowing plenty of space to enjoy the Florida sunshine and is completely screened to keep insects out. It is child-friendly (safety fence and each of the 3 doors to the pool, from the living room and both master bedrooms emits a subtle audible alarm when it is opened).

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:
All towels and linen are included. The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival; if you need extra cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged but there will be an extra charge. The property will be cleaned when you leave (just leave it tidy).
Utility room:
The utility room contains large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Other:
The Den is the technical area of the villa. It has a PC with fast, broadband internet connection to allow you to keep up to date with your emails. There's also a 27" TV to allow you to play games (provided) on the PS2 console.

Travel
The villa is 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 1 hour from Sanford Airport. Car hire is available at both airports, and is essential for a stay in the area to enable you to get the best from your holiday.
Further details
Immediately outside the community are various supermarkets (Wal-Mart, Publix, Target etc), where you can get everything you need for your stay. In addition, there are lots of restaurants/diners in the near vicinity. There is also enough shopping in the area to satisfy the cravings of the most dedicated shopaholic – whether it be outlet malls or designer chic.
Booking notes
Booking is easy, and can be made through the TLC Florida Villa website (www.tlcfloridavilla.com). A £200 deposit is required when booking is made. Pool heating is £105 per week. A security bond of £200 is required - this is refundable one week after return.
Changeover day
Changeovers are flexible. Guests should arrive no earlier than 4pm on the first day and leave by 10 am on the final day to allow for cleaning.
Golf
The community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is situated right next door to the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, which is one of the best public golf courses in Orlando. In addition, there are over a hundred other courses within easy driving distance.
Beach
The Atlantic coast is 1 hour's drive to the East, where you'll find Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. Similarly, the Gulf coast is 1 hour's drive to the West. This is where you'll find the beaches of Clearwater/St Pete and the city of Tampa (Busch Gardens Adventure Park).
Accessibility
Although no extra facilities have been provided, the property is all on one level.
Outside
What better way to relax after a hard day in the parks than a nice, refreshing dip? The whole pool area is screened to keep out bugs and there is a safety fence to help prevent children from using it without supervision. There's also a relaxing hot-tub/spa.
There are 3 doors to the pool - 1 from the living room and from each of the 2 master bedrooms; all doors give a subtle, audible alarm when opened, so you're alerted when anybody comes in/goes out.
For those times when you don't want to actually be in the water there's a huge, extended area around it for you to sit and top up your tan, with an appropriate amount of furniture to match. If you want to sit outside but don't want to sit in the sun, why not relax in the shaded patio area (lanai) with a nice, cool drink and read your favourite book?
