Hills Bay Villa provides the following amenities for our guests: a fantastic lake view, Lanai, Screened in-ground heated pool, BBQ facilities, Air conditioning/ Heating, Cable TV in all rooms, DVD, VCR, Film Library, Books, Games Playstation with games, Fully Equipped Games Room, Fully fitted kitchen, Utlity Room, Master Suite, two family rooms and one child's themed Mickey Mouse Room with Mickey Mouse TV with separate family bathroom, telephone and hairdryers.

Our community has lakeside walks, fishing, a communal pool, tennis, volleyball & basketball couts , BBQ, picnic area and children's play area.
