Description:
You enter via a porch where you can hang up your coat and kick off your shoes and relax during your stay. Coming through a secondary door you will be surprised how light, airy and roomy the living/dining room, a settee, a sofa bed and an armchair as well as dining table and chairs, off the room is the kitchen with all the usual electric goods and utensils to make your stay run smoothly. In the living room the stairs leads you up to the landing and into the bedroom where you will find a double bed, and an ensuite as well as a walk in closet with plenty of space to hang your clothes.

The bedroom has two windows making it a light room, there is a double bed in this room.There is a walk in closet which will house your clothes and suitcases during your stay. There is a dressing table and chest of drawers as well.
Bathrooms:
The ensuite bathroom has a Velux window letting the light shine in. The ensuite house a shower with a power shower, toilet and handbasin
Kitchen:
The kitchen is off the living area and has French doors leading into the garden. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with a small freezer compartment and all the usual utensils including cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc
Living Rooms:
The living/dining room has dining table and chairs, settee,chair and sofa bed. For your entertainment there is a TV and a DVD player with a small selection of DVD's
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid Service:
Linen is included but not towels. If staying for two weeks the property will be cleaned after a week and clean bedding will be put on the beds

The nearest airport is Cardiff International about 1.5 hours away
The end of the M4 motorway is about 6 miles away making it easily accessible by car
There is a train station in Ammanford but if you cannot get a connection the nearest is Swansea

Glyn Abbey Golf Club, opened in just 1992, is just 4 miles up the road from there and is renowned for being the best technical layout in the whole of South Wales. A Hawtree design, every hole here is unique and offers its own challenge
Carmarthenshire will also be the first to bring a unique Nicklaus Design style course to Wales - The Machynys Peninsula. A challenging, links style, par 72 course in a dramatic setting on the Machynys Peninsula on the edge of Carmarthen Bay over looking the Gower Peninsula.
Beach
Carmarthenshire is home to the award winning eight mile Cefn Sidan beach. Winner of the Blue Flag & Seaside Award again in 2002, the beach has won the European Blue Flag Award eleven times out of the past fourteen years.
The eight miles of sandy beach is fringed by sand dunes and has magnificent views overlooking the Gower coastline.
Carmarthenshire is also well-blessed with two major estuaries, the Three Rivers Estuary and the Burry Inlet/Loughor Estuary.
These beautiful locations are excellent for fishing, boating, walking and observing wildlife.
