The mountain ranges of the Gailtaler and Karnische Alps provide you with 1000 km of hiking and adventure paths and 800 km of Mountain bike trails.
You can swim in Lake Pressegersee with a temperature of up to 28°C of
clean water.
Experience the joys of nature by taking a canoe trip down the River Gail, organised from the house, or a flight over the Gailtaler and Karnischen Alps.
The Natural Arena of Carinthia is also a paradise for lake and fly fishing and
for motorcyclists with its mountain roads and valleys.
In winter we are also situated in the Nassfeld ski arena.With 110km of pistes and one of Austrias top ten skiing areas and snow certain, Nassfeld has from beginners slopes to a world cup piste. Take the Millenium Express to just over 2000 metres in 17 minutes.
There is also 300 km of cross country ski trails. Every winter Lake Weissensee freezes over, forming the largest area of natural ice in Europe, where you can ice skate, speed skate or play ice hockey.

We are approx 45 minutes from Klagenfurt airport and transfers can be arranged. Car hire can be arranged locally.

The village centre is approx 5 minutes walk. The medieval city of Villach is 27km away
