The timber block house is situated in the middle of woods (1 km outside Schoenberg), only 100 m from the "Kleiner Werbellinsee" lake with bathing and boating (owner's rowing boat free to use). Cosy holiday house, outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Lindow, in a quiet position, 100 m from the lake, in the woods. Private: small garden, terrace, garden furniture. Motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Covered parking by the house. Grocers 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km, bathing bay 100 m. Please note: car essential.
3-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor, modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with swedish stove and TV, exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (140 cm), exit to the balcony. Electric heating. Barbecue (portable). Please note: Non smokers only. Underfloor heating in the shower/WC. The TV is equipped with a DVBT receiver (channels are regionally determined).With regards to energy costs, only electric heating is payable locally according to usage.
